Frosty Friends Ice Cream & Treats is a small, fully insured, locally owned and owner-operated business based in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts. Established in December 2020, we have been committed to providing our customers with the very best! 

Our goal is to have fun, provide friendly service with a smile, all while creating an unforgettable experience, one delicious ice cream or treat at a time! Ice cream is always better with friends!!!

For years, I wanted to own my own business but I didn’t know what that was going to be.  After having my first born seven years ago, I realized I had a passion and talent for making my kid’s birthday cakes.  

From there, I started experimenting more and more, started a Facebook page and turned my kitchen into a licensed residential kitchen.  My favorite part about the process is decorating and creating.  

I love making wedding cakes because of the size and elegance and I like decorating with fresh flowers.   My personal favorite flavor is chocolate. 

But the best part about it all is receiving photos of the joy on people’s faces when they first see the cakes!  I also offer DIY Cake Parties & Private Cake Decorating Lessons. I look forward to baking for your next event! 

Savaria Dance is THE place to learn Ballroom & Latin dance. Our professional staff of award winning teachers will get you moving with confidence and grace whatever the occasion may be. We teach all Ballroom and Latin dances (social and competitive – American and International Styles). Our students are single, engaged, and couples. They are children, teens, college students, middle-aged and older. They are beginners & experts, an inter-generational mix, who share joy & friendship in dancing.

Our instructors are professional, experienced teachers, whose lives revolve around dance. They are eager to share their knowledge with their students. I started Randall Garnick Photography when I moved home from California in 2009 and specialize in wedding photography, architecture & interior photography, and commercial photography. My name is Stef Eastham and I have been a licensed cosmetologist based out of Western Massachusetts for the last 10 years.

After graduating from West Springfield High School in 2007, I spent the next 4 years attending college. On a whim, I finally decided to pursue my longtime dreams of becoming a hairstylist and in the spring of 2012, I graduated from DiGrigoli School of Cosmetology.

From there, I spent the next 8 years of my career working for a well-known commission salon in East Longmeadow, MA where I was blessed with many opportunities to expand my education and grow behind the chair. I spent the first 3 years of my cosmetology career as an assistant to some of the most talented hairstylists in my area while I continued building my knowledge and experience as a stylist. I was fortunate enough in my time here to not only attend in-salon classes with some of the beauty industries most well-known and influential stylists, but I was also given the opportunity to travel to places such as New York City, Boston and Hawaii to attend classes.

While I truly loved and appreciate my time spent at my first salon, I knew that in order to grow my career in the ways that I wanted to, I could not do this while working for someone else and in the fall of 2020 I decided to take the plunge and go off on my own as an independent stylist. Though this was not an easy decision to make, I was fortunate enough to find my next home at WORKsTATION for Hair in West Springfield, MA. Here, I have been able to grow in my independence along side and with the help of some truly amazing individuals.

In case you haven’t already guessed, education is something that is very important to me and I work hard to ensure that I am up-to-date with the latest trends. While I have experience in several areas of hairstyling, these days I am focused mostly on blonding and color services, as well as bridal beauty, and Invisible Bead Extensions®.

Set in a beautifully renovated and restored 100-year old barn overlooking rolling hills of conservation land, the Barn at Gibbet Hill is one of New England’s most unique venues for weddings and special events.  Located at the foot of Gibbet Hill, just beyond the picturesque Main Street of Groton, the Barn offers rustic elegance with unparalleled views.

The first wedding at The Barn at Gibbet Hill took place in 2002 when Jed and Asia’s fantastic outdoor wedding plans got rained out. Back then the Barn was completely unrenovated – hay bales were moved to the edge of the room and the tractor had to be parked outside so a makeshift wedding aisle could be made. After witnessing the undeniable magic of that day, the idea to transform the Barn into a permanent wedding venue began to take hold. Two years later, after a massive renovation of the Barn was completed, The Barn at Gibbet Hill officially opened for business. And two years after that, CBS-4 crowned the Barn at Gibbet Hill the best wedding venue in the Boston Area! The Barn can hold up to 224 people with a dance floor. There is an outside, heated deck with a permanent roof over it that is used for cocktail receptions.

TOP OF THE HILL

For couples whose weddings fall between mid-June and mid-October, we offer the option of having your ceremony at the top of Gibbet Hill. This is an exclusive ceremony location, limited to 4 per year. Your guests will be driven to the top of the hill in SUVs and your ceremony will be set in the ivy-covered ruins of Bancroft’s castle. Grassy fields overlooking the town and beyond are available for your photographs and guests’ exploration.

I am so blessed to be able to do what I love for “work” and truly enjoy every minute of it. As you can see I do a variety of genres but I specialize in babies and children. Being a Mom of 4, yes 4!! haha, I understand, live, and breathe these little humans everyday. So, when capturing your kiddos I try to not only get a great shot of their crooked teeth, and perfect little faces, but photograph, their little spark that makes them unique. I love it when the kids are laughing and “showing off” for me.
