When we communicated with Andrew over Zoom or phone calls he was very personable, open, helpful, and knowledgeable about alcohol; however, he would not respond to communications for weeks and months at a time throughout our time working with him. As it got closer to our wedding we did not receive a deliverable from Andrew that he volunteered within a deadline and gave ample time in between trying to follow up with him. We found out another client had fired him for lack of responsiveness. We notified him that we would not be moving forward with his services since he demonstrated a lack of reliability and we were not confident he would show up to our wedding due to the extended lack of communication, and we didn’t hear from him again and he kept our deposit.
