More than 5,000 square feet of elegant interior space, including a large dining room with seating for up to 220, lounge with 29-foot mahogany bar, intimate upstairs dining room, and large outdoor terrace.

Located across the street from the beach, The Sea View offers details to delight any couple, including a private room for the wedding party, and large outdoor terrace for blue-sky ceremonies and cocktail hours.

The Sea View offers in-house catering and a full liquor license.

With over 5,000 square feet of interior space, The Sea View offers the flexibility to comfortably host your wedding reception in a variety of layouts and configurations.

We hold only one wedding per day, so you may choose the start time for your reception.

Our wedding professionals will guide you in planning all the details of your special day – from linens and tableware, to planning and coordination.

Plan your outdoor wedding ceremony on our spacious terrace, or arrange your own beachside ceremony just a short walk across the street from The Sea View.

The Sea View can also simplify your wedding planning by offering a venue for Social Events like your welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or farewell brunch.

Our Main Dining Room features a “floating dance floor”, allowing you to customize the room layout to your taste.

At over 2,700 square feet, this space is large enough to seat up to 220 guests.

The Lounge features a luxurious fireplace and a magnificent twenty-nine foot mahogany bar.  A wonderful space for cocktail hour, and for guests to relax away from the dance floor.

Our 2,000 square foot wrap-around terrace overlooks sixteen acres of lush conservation land and a beautiful pond, providing a beautiful backdrop for photos.  The Terrace is the perfect space for cocktail hour and breathtaking Cape Cod sunsets.  You may also choose to tent the terrace for an additional fee.

Our wedding packages are designed to provide a variety of menu choices to match your needs and budget, and we can accommodate most dietary restrictions.

We are able to serve all your guests within fifteen minutes, so everyone enjoys their dinner – and dancing – together.

THE UPSTAIRS ROOM – A more intimate space for up to 65 guests, this room is ideal for smaller events like rehearsal dinners and bridal showers.

A private room is available for the exclusive use of your wedding party.  Enjoy a quiet moment with your closest friends before the excitement of your Sea View wedding.

Guests enter The Sea View through the Grand Foyer, a two-story space with a beautiful staircase that’s perfect for the bouquet toss and memorable photos.

With our picturesque location, The Sea View offers couples the opportunity to plan an outdoor wedding ceremony on our 2,000 square foot wraparound terrace. With a Sea View ceremony, couples enjoy the convenience of a single location for their ceremony, cocktail hour, and wedding reception. The Sea View is across the street from the beach, and many couples take the opportunity to follow the dune path for dramatic oceanside photos.
