JIM AND NANCY BARRETT have been members of the Dance Teachers Club Of Boston for 35 years.

Their interest in ballroom dancing started back in 1972, when they took lessons from a local but well-known teacher: Antero Souza AKA “Monty.” They danced competitively in amateur competitions from 1973 to 1975. In 1976, they started teaching and became members of the Dance Teachers Club Of Boston.

They have been teaching classes from their studio at 8 Park Street, Mattapoisett, Massachusetts since then.

The Sea View can also simplify your wedding planning by offering a venue for Social Events like your welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or farewell brunch.

Our Main Dining Room features a “floating dance floor”, allowing you to customize the room layout to your taste.

At over 2,700 square feet, this space is large enough to seat up to 220 guests.

The Lounge features a luxurious fireplace and a magnificent twenty-nine foot mahogany bar.  A wonderful space for cocktail hour, and for guests to relax away from the dance floor.

Our 2,000 square foot wrap-around terrace overlooks sixteen acres of lush conservation land and a beautiful pond, providing a beautiful backdrop for photos.  The Terrace is the perfect space for cocktail hour and breathtaking Cape Cod sunsets.  You may also choose to tent the terrace for an additional fee.

Our wedding packages are designed to provide a variety of menu choices to match your needs and budget, and we can accommodate most dietary restrictions.

We are able to serve all your guests within fifteen minutes, so everyone enjoys their dinner – and dancing – together.

THE UPSTAIRS ROOM – A more intimate space for up to 65 guests, this room is ideal for smaller events like rehearsal dinners and bridal showers.

A private room is available for the exclusive use of your wedding party.  Enjoy a quiet moment with your closest friends before the excitement of your Sea View wedding.

Guests enter The Sea View through the Grand Foyer, a two-story space with a beautiful staircase that’s perfect for the bouquet toss and memorable photos.

With our picturesque location, The Sea View offers couples the opportunity to plan an outdoor wedding ceremony on our 2,000 square foot wraparound terrace. With a Sea View ceremony, couples enjoy the convenience of a single location for their ceremony, cocktail hour, and wedding reception. The Sea View is across the street from the beach, and many couples take the opportunity to follow the dune path for dramatic oceanside photos.

I am so blessed to be able to do what I love for “work” and truly enjoy every minute of it. As you can see I do a variety of genres but I specialize in babies and children. Being a Mom of 4, yes 4!! haha, I understand, live, and breathe these little humans everyday. So, when capturing your kiddos I try to not only get a great shot of their crooked teeth, and perfect little faces, but photograph, their little spark that makes them unique. I love it when the kids are laughing and “showing off” for me. It makes the sessions fun, real, and authentic. As a mother I understand how days can be crazy and years seem to fly by, so I hope by capturing these images you will be able to go back one day and remember those sweet faces, voices, and smells of your littles, and be reminded that even when the days were tough, they were beautiful. 🙂 Photography is so unique in that it can truly bring you back, and that is why I am so passionate about capturing not only the perfect portrait, but the candid lifestyle shots as well.

Brothers, Dan & Andrew Chase were initially cabinet makers by trade. While still working at cabinet shops during the day, they built their first 20×20 tent for a neighborhood party in a one-car garage that belonged to their grandmother. When the party was over, a friend needed a tent and rented it from them.

At that point, they saw the opportunity and built a second one, a 20×40 tent, and began advertising it for rent. They discovered, however, it was impractical to create tents larger than that and in 1979, began purchasing inventory for Chase Canopy. Today our company maintains a well-stocked inventory that serves both residential and commercial users. We offer a complete line of rental equipment for weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, graduations, etc. In addition, we specialize in custom-event flooring, staging and tent washing.

Darperio Events are professional musicians who specialize in weddings, cocktail hours, receptions, dinners, birthday parties, sweet sixteens, conferences, inaugurations and open house events. We have performed several events throughout the United States.

Marion founded Mamie Brougitte Cakes in 2013. Her days as a toddler were her first in the kitchen, climbing to the countertop for culinary teachings from her grandmother Mamie Brougitte. Those lessons remain the main ingredient in what has turned into a married world of baking and art.

Raised by artist parents in multicultural surroundings, Marion pulls her deepest inspiration from her roots. Whether that be the intricacies of delicate handmade French lace from her summers in France, to the bold Brazilian tiles of historic towns in Bahia where her father lived. Or even the refusal to use nothing but the best handmade ingredients from local produce makers as she did in South Africa where she lived as a young adult.

Attention to detail is key. Working intimately with each client is her nature. And the process of turning a couple ingredients into a story to remember is her gift.

On our Home Page you will find a random selection of businesses throughout Massachusetts.

The left sidebar contains Wedding Events; all upcoming Bridal Shows/Expos, as well as Trunk Shows. Below this, you will find all Wedding Services listed by category.

Once a category in Wedding Services is selected, you will find several filters on the left side of the page. You can search by region or county as well as several other filters which are specific to that vendor category. By checking multiple boxes in these filters, couples are able to narrow their search results to align with their specific needs by location, price, services offered, etc.

Pages where you find multiple listings, referred to as the grid – are set to display relevant information at a glance. Selecting a specific business will take you to their details page.
