HELLO LOVELY!

Our names are Lisa and Heidi, and we have been best friends in business for over sixteen years. Throughout these years we have cried tears of joy and pain, devised and achieved serious goals, worried to the point of panic, and made lifelong friends. Above all, we have sustained a truly genuine partnership, both professionally and personally. Such is the life of a small business owner, but we can honestly say this journey is worth every ounce of grit and energy we put in.

We began our journey in 2005, housing our dream in a cozy space in Middleton, MA. In 2009, we moved to our current home on Route 114 in Danvers, MA, where Bella Sera quickly took its new shape as a prominent fixture in the bridal industry. Three years later, we acquired the legendary Lorraine Roy Fashions, allowing us the pleasure of serving Mothers of the Occasion. Most recently, we partnered with Shoes to Dye For, a fifty year old shoe boutique offering a full range of shoes and accessories to our guests. Over the years, we have earned numerous industry awards, including The Knot Hall of Fame and Best of the Northshore for 10 years running.

Our mantra has always remained the same. Every Bride is Beautiful. Now, of course, we include Bridesmaids and Moms in that statement. We believe every woman deserves our care, respect and expert guidance when selecting the look she will wear for her special event. We want this process to be equal parts exciting and relaxing. No matter her size, age, ethnicity or sexual preference, our amazing stylists are by her side to offer honest advice so that she feels her absolute best.

You’ll see us around the shop when you are here. We are always scheming the next part of our dream, and of course, working hands on with the lovely women who represent us on their special day. None of this would be possible without the love and support of our families, staff and our wonderful guests who entrust us with their business.
